About this piece
The English Hymnal of 1906 sets Conquering kings their tithes take as hymn 37 to the tune Innocents; the hymnal's own credit reads: Composed or adapted by J. Smith, 1800 to 73. The four-part harmony is printed as the hymnal gives it, soprano and alto in the right hand and tenor and bass in the left.
How to play it
Play it as a choir sings it: the tune on top of the right hand with the alto under it, tenor and bass in the left. Count 4/4 steadily and change each chord together on the beat.
