Write music in the browser, on a real page
Most free notation software is either a download that takes a Saturday to learn or a toy that cannot print. This is a notation editor that opens in a tab and writes onto an actual A4 page, laid out the way it will come out of the printer.

What it does
Put notes on the staff and hear them back. Write by chords instead if that is how you think, and the chart becomes a score. Open a MusicXML file, edit it, and take it away again: nothing you write is trapped here.
- A real A4 page, not a scrolling strip
- Playback as you write, with the chords sounding underneath
- Write by chord symbols and let the score follow
- Opens and exports MusicXML, so MuseScore and Sibelius can read it
- Free, in the browser, with no account to start
Stuck for the harmony? The chord progression maker is the sketching layer, and the chord pages spell out every chord you might reach for.
